• Meritfuture administration fees and charges will be set out in the Financing Contracts.

 

11. Termination & Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms.

• Termination does not affect any existing obligations under these Terms.

 

 

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
